This allows for a unique opportunity for artists to express and create at the speed of their thoughts, without any technical barriers.


FOUNDERS

Ryan Corniel

Ryan’s two decades-long artistic voyage has been a multifaceted one, spanning various mediums ranging from traditional art to 3D modeling. Ryan's career began as a Graphic Designer in Logo creation, print media packages and other various printing projects. He then found his passion in the realm of User Experience (UX/UI), where he delved into the intricacies of crafting exceptional user interfaces for Wincere, a company that specializes in creating clinical trial applications for pharmaceutical companies.  


While excelling as a Lead UX/UI designer, Ryan embarked on a parallel journey of self-discovery in 3D modeling and the dynamic world of Game Engines. Eventually, he transitioned into the Tech Art field for the company Penumbra, inc., immersing himself in the creation of immersive video games for Virtual Reality (VR). During this phase, he explored the innovative realm of Digital Puppeteering, pioneering novel approaches to therapeutic and VR interactions. Ryan, while at Penumbra, helped ship as many as 10 experiences and a complete full body VR system for Physical Therapists.


Lately, Ryan has developed an audience of die-hard fans of his little digital puppeteering experiments, shared on X.com.



Sebastien Deguy

Sébastien Deguy is a visionary innovator and entrepreneur in the field of computer graphics and digital artistry. With a profound passion for pushing the boundaries of creativity, Sébastien co-founded and led Allegorithmic, a pioneering company that revolutionized the way artists and designers create textures and materials for 3D content. Under his leadership, Allegorithmic's Substance suite of software became an industry standard, empowering artists across the globe with powerful tools. Sébastien's commitment to advancing the intersection of art and technology continues to shape the future of digital content creation, making him a luminary figure in the world of computer graphics. 


In February 2023, Sébastien received a Technical Achievement Award from the Academy of Motion Pictures Art and Science, followed by an Emmy Award in 2024. He is also a musician, writer and dad. He is currently leading the 3D division at Adobe.
